PABLO AThe location was fine. However, I called the customer service line after receiving an email with a price different than my saved quote. They assured me it was the lower price from my quote. When I paid at the location it was $100 more. This hidden fee BS is extremely frustrating and I will not rent with Uhaul again.
FELIX EFront driver side tire has a slow leak, the tire light came on while driving, and the tire continued to get lose pressure. Right turn signal is not working (making the fast clicking sound) - need a new bulb. No windshield wiper fluid. Otherwise, clean.
Kimberly MThe agent at the counter refused to speak to me in English even though that is my primary language and when asked to slow down or repeat herself the agent yelled at me in front of a room full of people that she was ripping up my rental contract and refusing to rent to me. I had to have someone translate for me and after taking my money threw the keys at me. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my lifeshe I would never recommend this location for anything let alone uhaul services. I would seriously reconsider having this location representing the UHAUL brand
