BEATRIZ NThe people who serve you ignore you when you have a single reservation. It's disrespectful. I had two reservations and they didn't, and they didn't care. Poor communication. This week I lost a lot of money since I have a moving company. Truly disrespectful. Very unhappy, since no one from that company (U-Haul) takes responsibility, and you have to pay the fees for not using a service. 786 9859115
