This was only their second time renting uhaul, so it took some time to set up, but otherwise was good. This was also a bad experience with Uhaul overhaul since my first pick-up location could not help me. The location at 1600 SW 27th Avenue in Miami was a disaster. First, they did not have any vehicles, even though I had reserved one. Then, when a vehicle arrived, they said they could not help due to their system being down. I said I could rent it through the app, but they said that they couldn't complete the vehicle check in so it could not be rented again. They were not helpful in finding other locations or vehicles. It was a much longer day than anticipated and I ended up driving and getting charged for 20 miles more than anticipated. It was a rough day.
