Stay way from using the uhaul app for check-in and returns regardless if you add gasoline to the rental it always post a $15 gas charge. I spend over an hour with customer service to no avail, I end up taking the truck to a gas station to add an additional 1 gallon of gas, this is atrocious and reflects poorly on uhaul customer experience. Rent the old fashion way.

A $40 truck for a local move cost me over $120....the move from old location to new location and back to u-haul was 19 miles, was told that I could not drop truck off at another location even though I was given the option online to drop it off somewhere else!!! $120 for a $40 truck...this place is a total rip off!!!!!

The whole experience was perfect and the van was brand new! I drove 1700 miles through the mountains and never had one issue! Iliana was really great when I came to get the van. Corporate had messed up on the order and she fixed it quickly. The owners also have people to help in all aspects of your moving needs. I will be telling my friends about this place!

Pickup location is in large shopping area & no suite # was given by reservations caller, if I didn't see the U-Haul trucks in the parking lot I could not find the office to do my paper work. It took 10 minutes walking around to find the office because " Insufficient" info was given to me over the phone !!! Also no location phone # was given to help me locate the office, that was not good. The local agent was great, & got me processed quickly!

I rented a dozen blankets for $10 and got 7 or 8 since the location had no other blankets available. Two chandeliers broke on the move since I had nothing left to wrap them in. I would recommend for the locations to have sufficient stock to actually fulfill the online orders OR not to charge full price if they hand out less than ordered. Otherwise, fast and friendly customer service.
