I reserved a 26’ truck and when I arrived to pick it up all they had was a 20’. No notification or anything that a 26’ was not available. No phone call or anything. Unfortunately we had to utilize what was provided, however, it was very inconvenient. My next time notify the customer that their request is unavailable before the day of pick-up. The truck was clean and in good shape though.
