At the time I get there at 6:30 AM, 15 minutes before the time to pick up the truck (6:45 AM) , I tried to open the lock where the key was and of course I could not open the lock due to the system did not place the order. So, I had to wait until 8:00 AM that is the time when the location opens to start over the process of pick up the truck. Of course I was too late to pick up the furniture and I had to wait until about 10 AM to pick up the load. Due to this, I lost the opportunity to unload the load and I had to wait until the next day to get the help to unload it, and of course rent the truck for one more day. I demand a refund, not for this location but by the U-haul company in general that was unable to process a single order properly.

NESTOR MReservation and availability are good, no problems, but charging an extra day for 40 mins delay is a bit to drastic, an hour would be reasonable. Overall good experience with u haul. Just that some times people get a little bit delayed.
