I went through a toll by accident. The location was unable to assist me to pay the toll when I returned the truck. I still don’t know how to mange it. Certainly they will track the license plate back to uhaul and send a bill? Will uhaul just give them my contact info? No one seems to know for certain. Why is that? I will say that other than this issue I had a wonderful renting experience. The front desk person, young girl, who managed everything, is the reason I would choose this location again.
