1.Owner was not present attempted to complete pickup by a teenager on the phone. Then I had to await their arrival. 2. None of my furniture pads ordered were available for pickup. 3. The lighting on the trailer was faulty. I had to fix before departure.

The plan was to drop off the trailer in Southampton but they 't accept trailers, only trucks. The next closest location being Owen Sound was also the same, no trailers. My son called the care service and they directed us to drop off the trailer in Mildmay which turn out to be a great experience.
don dTrailer wheel was wobbly. Not the same experience we had last time we rented here. Upon returning the equipment there was no staff anywhere to check it in. We waited for 15 mins before we left and the staff member that helped us when we picked up, walked out of the store as we were leaving on his cellphone. We were not able to check in the return (last time told us we didn’t have to) or speak to him about the condition of the trailer. Two days later I got a call from the reservation department asking what time the trailer was returned and after telling her what time it was returned I was told she would email my receipt and I would have it shortly. It didn’t arrive for 3 more days and the return time was still not accurate. This was our third rental at this location and it was not the same experience as the first two. I might give them another chance based on our first two experiences but I’d hesitate to return again if this becomes our typical experience.
Katie LSpoke with two different uhaul employees before getting the truck about how the gas tank works regarding filling it. Was told that I would be reimbursed if the ending amount of gas was higher than when I picked up the truck. Due to the distance of my trip I decided to fill the truck up before I started so I wouldn't have to stop. I get to the dropoff location and they saw my order doesn't exist have they have no idea. I call uhaul for support get transferred 4 times with the end result being my information is taken down with the promise of a manager calling me back to discuss. 5 days later there is still no call...
