Eric came out to meet us in the dark and helped us check in. I was so aggravated with your stupid app that he offered to complete the check in taking the pictures for me. Your app totally sucks, but Eric was awesome. Good luck making that app work without having to rely on excellent people like Eric!

TERESA CIt took me at least 30 minutesto get the key out of the box. I thought the code didn't work, I had to wait for customer service, loss time from the job, turns out the dead bolt was rusted, this is the 21st century there should be digital lockbox st all locations, I lost $$$.... 30 + minutes of work fooling with a rusty lock. A discount on the rental would be nice
