Nobody there and can't figure out what they actually do? Poor signage, as I had no idea it was a uhaul dealer other than a small Dropbox near the door. There was no staff to assist other than a # to call. I would not recommend this location to drop off or pick up.

Amanda HThe guy who checked us out added a $70 insurance charge to my order which could not be addressed until after the rental was complete after we initially declined all insurance coverage. This is shady business dealings and I am not having it. I need to get this resolved asap.
