Wrote my name on apiece paper. Told me to take itacrossthestreet and unhook it. Didn't tell me I had to put it on a small piece of grass because the big parking lot wasn't part of their property. Had to call them for help to unhook because it was to heavy for me to do. Very very poor customer service!!!!
