When I made my reservation online, I was asked to read two disclaimers before continuing, they were highlighted in red, but could not be accessed and I could not find them elsewhere on the page. I found this very frustrating and time consuming. On Thursday morning I received a phone call from Uhaul in Foxboro asking when I would be stopping by to pickup the truck, I told the person I wouldn't be because he was too far away. I ended up having to call Millis Uhaul to reestablish my reservation. This could have been a disastrous experience if Millis did not have what I needed. Why bother making a reservation online if it won't stick. Also, when I make a purchase online with my business suppliers, I get a discount because I'm saving them time and money, I don't get a frustrating experience.

My U-haul's call for pick-up location was originally U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer, Shrewsbury because equipment was not returned on time my location was changed to Millis Mini. Upon arrival to Millis Mini, they said they only had 1 truck left and it was scheduled for someone else. Because I needed to leave for CO. the next day and this was a 1-way rental they made some phone calls and were able to let us have the one truck they had. Luckily it was a truck with not many miles. Can't give great kudo's to the u-haul scheduling folks (I had called week prior to confirm all was good) BUT Millis Mini came through for us. Thanks Millis Mini

The employees and equipment were fine. Your corporate software system is horrible. The reservation freezes up, requiring long delays before the contract can be finished. I experienced this at the Millis pickup location. The next day my son had a similar problem in Nashua, NH.

We originally reserved online for another location. When I got there they informed me that they had no trucks. They were accomadarimg and tried to resolve the problem. I was tranferred to rhe Millis location. They were also very professional and helpful. The week link as I see was Uhaul corporate themselves. There 3rd party reps/franchisees went above and beyond. It was corporate/website that made it an unpleasant experience.

Improve system and training of employee. My receipt was with no insurance; I cleared it with my insurance company. Online at the "store" insurance was added back; the employee was clueless how to reverse it, he called. first time, no answer, second time they told him I told him- cancel and redo. Still didn't figure it out. Three people there - one man doing all - including hitching the trailer to my car. finally, other man credited me on his ipad. Took close to an hour. Also, they never answer their phones, so I arrived early -- he said he's always there early - I didn't know. No resp0onse

I think some customers might be too squeamish about unloading their vehicle from a trailer. Employees should be allowed to do that for them. Person was very helpful in releasing the car from the carrier I rented.

The location and person I dealt with at the location were amazing. But, I had nothing but problems with the 24/7 reservation verification portion of the rental. I called U-Haul and could not get a definitive answer on what was wrong with my verification that was denied via the internet 24/7 process. Because of these issues I ended up starting my move one and a half hours later than expected. I'm not happy with the 24/7 online confirmation verification process at all.
