The U-Haul smelled like smoke so bad. My daughter has asthma and had a very hard time breathing. We had to drive 6 hours with the window open in the heat. There was trash in the truck and a paper from some other previous driver. For $612 that is unacceptable.

It was fast to pick up, but UHaul had a phone number that was no longer in service listed for this business. Also, there was a padlock attached to the UHaul that the owner didn't know was there or how to unlock it.
Damir HThe inside of the vehicle needed to be cleaned. There was a lot of trash left behind, including items in the glove compartment and in the door area.
