The worker there told me that their uhaul system is normally down for them so she had to call a Uhaul rep to assist and that rep told her that I could just check in and pick up my car on my phone which I was already doing. It seemed like no one wanted to help. Then as i drove off with the truck I realized I paid for a utility dolly so I had to drive back to the pick up and request it only to be told that they didn’t carry any and I had to pick up at the Uhaul on 1st street and National. When I got there they told me they didn’t have any utility dollies so I drove there for no reason. And those reps told me to go back to the pick up location and they will credit my travel and the dolly. Again, it seemed like no one wanted to help. Worst experience ever. So after I used the truck I returned it and was able to get a refund for the distance that I traveled to the other uhaul place and I’m still waiting on the credit receipt for the dolly. Did I mention the worst experience ever?

MICHAEL BInform your customers that they can’t park inside the storage facility and don’t send a misleading message saying that you can park on the backside of the building. Because when I return the truck after I was done, my vehicle was told I can see The tire tracks from when they drag my car and impounded it.. It’s Saturday night and I don’t have any way to find out where my vehicle has been towed to so I can try to get it out of the tow lot. This is an inconvenience. Very unacceptable. Even During this inconvenient episode. I’m standing in 46° cold weather waiting almost 45 minutes for ride to come pick me up because I have no way home because my car was towed. It’s a good thing. I didn’t listen to the devil that was on my shoulder. Because if I Would the guy prowling around on the bicycle would’ve been inside the storage area probably ripping the place up. It’s a good thing. I’ll listen to The angel on my shoulder. I would never recommend anyone to use Devon storage As an alternative for renting U-Haul products or services. If it’s not U-Haul, don’t rent it all! So therefore, I would never recommend anyone to ever use Devon, self storage facilities or equipment!!!!!
