The location was intimidating. Communication with the attendant was very poor, firstly due to the thick security screen that was in front of him and then he did not appear to know what was going on and had to call whoever was responsible for the rental. There were 5 trucks in the forecourt, when the attendant handed over the keys he did not say which truck was ours. The keys were not labelled with the plate number but with a different number that was not easily apparent on the vehicle. The building/gas station was easy to find.
