While the clerk was kind and helpful, i don’t believe they knew there was a reservation and it was an awkward transaction. But he was not the problem. The truck was snow covered and windshield was iced over. Truck was very dirty inside. The gate to the back was frozen shut and the location did not help in any way. I used the top of a pringles can that was in the truck to scrape the windshield and had to use boiling water on the track to be able top open the back when i got home. They did not represent UHaul very well. I shared my experience with people I knew because it was ridiculous. Almost laughable. Console was very dirty, so truck was not cleaned before they rented it back out.

To make sure they are clean on the size of vehicle they are requesting. A two bedroom, living room and kitchen would require more space than a 10 foot trailer.?Thanks
CAROLYN CUnnecessary amount of information needed after already giving the information. The truck was parked in a gas station and had no fuel in it which I’m paying 1.29$ a mile to use and had to put 50 dollars in just to leave
Sam FTruck had graffiti on it, didn't have the moving pads I ordered, and when I brought it up they told me I had to go to another location to get them. Worst rental experience I've ever had.
