I did not receive clear direction/ instruction that the location would be closed the day of my reservation and that an app would need to be downloaded to access the key inside the truck etc. Drove to another location to be helped, in which the guy explained how to access the key. Also the truck was full of broken glass that we had to clean out. Also there was no dolly/equipment as reserved. This was a very poor experience.

You guys scammed me out of $3, 000 . Out of town traveler . I upfront almost $1,700 then another $1,584 off my card . No remorse no care didn't even get a contract . Took the money of a helpless veteran who tried to make his life better now is broke and no one cares. Not we going to put the money back on a card or anything but I'm going to call the police and get a lawyer cuz that is scam material
