WANDA JBe sure the equipment is in as good of shape as possible. The trailer bounced all over loaded or not. We couldn’t drive faster than 50 mph because the wheels vibrated so badly that it vibrated my truck. Took over 8 hrs to make a 5 hr trip.
Michael TWe were told exactly the amount of fuel to have in the haul truck at dropoff. We refueled with more than what was required...after dropoff, we were charged extra for low fuel. We have receipts and proof truck was left with more fuel than when we picked it up. This dropoff location is wrong! They were of absolutely no help and rude. I would not do business with Lewis Tire & Truck for uhaul.
