The app has made the process more difficult both times I’ve had to use it. Dealing directly with people at the locations I’ve been at has been more helpful. Both times I was unable to resolve returning or whatever process like taking photos (the app has certain requirements for photos that often times just aren’t realistic, like how can I take a far out photo of the side of a vehicle if there are other vehicles in a lot obstructing the view without the app rejecting the photo??). It’s easier and better dealing directly with staff.
