Make sure there is a representative in the location when you go to pick up your truck. The office looked abandoned. Had to call a number on the door to get a rep so I could pick up the truck.

Fix and clean your trucks! Should not have the check engine light on and be making the sounds that they do. Especially when renting from a auto repair shop!

Joe MArrived early to pick up the vehicle, no one was at the place. All lights were off and the place was pretty empty, assumed it was closed down. Called 3 different numbers to try to get help from someone with no answer. Finally got a call phone number of someone that works there from a neighboring business. Truck was kept across the street behind a warehouse with no other trucks, was very concerning.
Kelly AI got charged twice I got charged online for the truck and when I got there I got charged again 100$ I will be not ever recommend this location to anybody it is a scam it’s a third party with insurance and they scammed me
