Auto hauler was damaged with worn tire and broken chain. Employee did not know how to put vehicle on auto hauler and we had to go to another location. Also I was not made aware I had oversized tires which delayed my pickup to next day.
ANTWIONETTE PMaybe I chose the wrong time to drop off Truck/Equipment. Tried calling customer service around midnight. The lady acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up.
