My name is Audley Evans I was so disappointed, am a regular rental from u haul and unfortunately I was send to this location for pick up, to go to Jacksonville fl, first I didn’t escort by attendant to the truck to see mileage and gas level and look around the truck, just keys and the truck is outside, I took pics of mileage and gas gauge meter before I drive truck off to make sure I was on point, I got charge for three days when I only used truck for two days by my calculations I have an extra 37 miles and also I bring back the truck on same gas gauge I got it, only to have them charge me a Thor 30 dollars for gas, the drop off attendant told me he will send e mail of receipt only to know that I was overcharge, I also have all my pictures of record, location pick up attendant told me whatever miles I don’t used I’ll get back also the days they prorated me, this is the first bad experience with u haul have ever had, after renting trucks for customers to move on overcharged, I also would like to send pics of my proof to be clear
