We ordered a dolly and they stated they don’t have any. But I still got charged the $10 for it even though I never got it. The truck was also dirty in the inside and in the back of the truck when I picked it up. They were confused when I got there and it was just not a good experience especially for having a dirty truck and no dolly. I won’t be renting from this location again.

Customer service sucked! Clerk was extremely rude. As a paying customer, I’m the service I received was unacceptable.
DARRYL WI lost half an hour of my scheduled time because the location was closed when i went to pick up my u-haul and the guy on the phone seemed annoyed at a few points when getting me set up with my paperwork. the traction on the wheels were awful as well.
