Stop making the customer do all the work! We shouldn’t have to take all of the pictures and do everything ourselves! Provide customer service for goodness sakes! I will never use U-Haul again ever! And it was dirty!

Dalian LDefinitely have enough fuel in the truck, need to have the boxed in area cleaned and appropriate parking. I was told to park my personal vehicle across the street at another business.
