Called establishment multiple times and no one answered there were some workers there, but they were very rude and raised their voices.

Ordered an appliance dolly, didn't have one. Spokeswoman customer service and was told to use my receipt to get the dolly from a different location. The new location charged me for a dolly rental. They told me I could not use the receipt because it was a different contract. I had to rent a dolly twice and pay twice and used one dolly.
