CHENG TThe check in process was great at this location. I dropped the truck after hours which was not a problem and was explained clearly. The 15 ft truck was clean though overall maintenance conditions was not that all acceptable. Not a smooth ride at all seems that at the mileage it is currently on ( above 150000 miles not kms ) it has not been maintained and serviced as per standard. The lock provided with the truck was difficult yo lock and unlock probably has never been lubed or replaced. Safety should always be prioritized. I hardly drove 20 miles or may be less.
