There was only one person at the counter to serve both UPS ND U-Haul customers. All this person did was scan my driver's license. Nothing said about transferring my car Insurance to the van or do I have any insurance coverage on my credit card I ended up being charged for Insurance by U-Haul.The van was filthy inside, left drink containers and food splattered on the interior. I was charged both for insurance and cleaning. I have reached out to U-Haul customer service to dispute these charges.

The van was well maintained but not as clean as it could have been. Staff were friendly and effective.
WILLIAM MWhen i picked up the van the back doors one was opening normally but the other one on the left was not opening … even when was doing the photo to verify the vehicle condition you will notice that one side opened and one i couldn’t open …. At first i thought that maybe the lock is closed and i was in hurry so i said i will figure out when i arrive to my location … but then when i arrived i checked all locks and still couldn’t get it open i went back to the store but the employee told me that she doesn’t know and i should report to u-haul .. i was very disappointed because i paid money and i couldn’t fit my stuff in the van !!
PHILIP BI was overcharged because the attendant miss out on an important information for the truck return.
DAVID OI rented a Van on May 4 at 3:45 PM and returned it on May 5 at 2:40 PM However the girl at the store told me today that the store was busy and she entered the return at 4 PM I have been charged more than what I have been promised and also even after the refund I am paying about $11 more I went to the store and it was unresolved I called the customer service and I was told that I should pay $69 dollars however my bill after the refund is $81 This is very disappointing and time consuming
