They changed the pickup address twice, giving the wrong car than the one reserved and when we went to return the truck at 5 30 pm location was closed Considering the reservation was made well in advance, the service was very poor.
FERNANDO CThe office itself is difficult to find, it's inside the furniture store. Trucks were parked on the other side. I checked in online, which was no issue, but took me time to figure out the location for picking up the keys and dolly.
