Clerk was difficult to deal with at store, asked a million questions that were already filled out online. Delayed my moving process. Would not recommend
JENNIFER ZNotified at pick up about cigarette smell was promised a partial refund still nothing. Was also contacted by your rep about the incorrect info on my receipt, promised another $10 refund. That was 8 days ago and still nothing.
VASSILI VJust some basic info for the vehicle been rented, like emergency lights placement, availability or not of a backout camera - found it later after parking twice backing out. An instruction sheet will be enough
