I have used this location many times in the past and this was not the typical experience I've had. This time the truck cab was filthy. I was in a hurry and by the time I noticed, it was too late to turn around. There was pet hair and food all over the inside of the cab of the truck.....

The truck was not clean when I picked it up, but had new tires and ran fine for the 1700 mile trip. The pick-up location was nice and the manager and employees were super helpful. The truck struggled up the big hills when loaded and towing the car trailer. Coming down the long hills was also exciting due to the brakes overheating. The truck's dash illuminated a Check Engine light the first day, but it cleared itself the next day. The truck never gave up and I developed a fondness for it.

This was nothing short of hell. First the app didn't work so we had to reschedule to pick up a truck at a later time. second when we called the customer service number to extend our contract they neglected to tell the local office. Next when we returned our truck the clerk Boyd left a threatening voice mail and then informed us we had to pay a fee because we extended and it bumped someone else. Then this office tried to call it a cleaning fee which it was not. When we tried to explain to this Person (Boyd) that we called and extended our contract he informed us "it's a customer service issue" as he threw our receipt at us and walked away. Over all after 6 days they finally refunded the fee's that they were told were not applicable and released the holds they had on our debit card. I would love to thank this local office for costing me over $150 in over draft fees that I have to pay because of their incompetence

I think as a courtesy to customers when a uhaul is less than half a tank prior to a rental it should be filled. The uhaul had so little fuel in the tank I had to fill up long before reaching my destination. It was rented at just over a 1/4 of a tank.

Truck had terrible noice issues. Driver door sprung allowing loud wind noise, exhaust leak at passenger floor making loud noise. Tires out of alignment made it hard to steer at times, when driving for over 1,200 miles it made for an uncomfortable ridding experience.

I was disappointed not in my local U-Haul dealership but in your out of town reservation system. I've been using U-Haul for decades but if there were a local alternative I'd take it. I purposely made a reservation a week or two ahead of time to get a particular trailer. I was told there would be one at a particular location in town on that date. Instead, of course, there wasn't and I was directed back to my normal outlet to a trailer I could have booked at the time. It's not a reservation if you people don't follow through. It was a waste of my time at a time when I don't have time to wast. Craig Johnson

The employees were grumpy and swearing/yelling at each other. One of the employees threw another customers paperwork across the counter at her. Was probably the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a retail establishment.
