No personnel present, location not well marked or visible from the street, parking lot sloped so trailer needed to be chocked with rocks to prevent rolling away, buildings all appeared abandoned. Literally an abandoned office complex
Dana BTruck had bugs all over the windshield, not wiped down inside. Best of all was the tire that was already giving a low tire message when I picked up the truck. Nobody around, no options. I had to air up the tire 3 times. I'm a 54-year female who was travelling with my significantly disabled daughter. I really didn't need the extra stress and trouble. Likely a nail from the pick-up location as it was a construction mess.
SHARI BI was asked to drive 2 hrs away to pick up a transport that was supposed to be available for my trip the next morning. This meant I had to leave my vehicle 6 hrs away, take a bus back to missoula and drive again another 6 hrs.to get to my destination. Unacceptable.
