I got to location to pick up truck. The doors were and locked and no one there to assist me. I received a phone call from some guy that I could hardly understand. He had to FaceTime me on phone to guide me to location of lockbox, walk me through getting the key, in which it was very hard getting it open in which he said was a tricky lock. It took a half an hour to drive off with truck. Therefore I had to pay 2 movers an extra half hour because they were being paid by the hour. Have not yet heard from management!
