Fairly easy to reserve the one-way trailer rental. U Haul changed the pickup location on short notice due to equipment availability issue on their end. Pick-up was seamless. Online order information for the drop-off was sketchy - just city name and zip-code that was easily resolved on the pick-up paperwork. The trailer performed well. One-way drop-off was seamless.
