This location is a bit hard to identify from opposite side of Airport Blvd. A light at the entrance would help a lot. The property is not paved. Grooming the entrance would improve first impression. We did not interact with staff since they were closed early evening.

Sweet lady, came out and check if trip was good and truck drove well ,checked truck out truck. Got us in and out in no time
CASEY CReservation was changed to Storagepro. Wanted a 9am pickup but opened at 10am. No furniture pads there as ordered and 1 dolly instead of 2 ordered. Representative called me to come back that I forgot dolly. They didn't put them in truck ( guess customer was responsible to wheel dolly to parking lot. Office was dark when arrived. No lights on. When returned truck in Kenner, LA., they said an appliance dolly was missing that I never got from Storagepro. I called to get a credit and was told she didn't know how to credit...had to go through uhaul in Kenner drop- off location.I Gave her phone number for Uhaul in Kenner, LA and they took care of me. Worse experience with Uhaul I have ever had and have been to a few locations. Storagepro location was one I wouldn't use again. Kudos to Uhaul Kenner, LA location for their assistance.
