Absolutely the worst experience. The man at the counter had to call someone else, spoke in another language and made me stand and wait there for 10 minutes basically in silence, while you could clearly hear beeping and the man on speaker phone was at another gas station and checking out customers at the counter. Then he tried to do it when I returned it, his English was not good and when I just asked about how many gallons of fuel I might need for the amount of miles I drove. He got all offensive saying if I don’t fill it back up I’ll get charged. The truck had trash in it when I got in. They are parked on a hill so the fuel looks higher so you end up having to refill more than you used. And the trucks are parked in a sandy field. There is absolutely no way to avoid making an absolute mess in the truck that I was responsible to clean. I’d have rather waited in line for hours at an official u-haul office, then ever experience the nightmare at this gas station. U-haul should remove their privileges because it’s making your company look horrible! Also, when I originally reserved a cargo van at another site. Upon arriving it was not like the picture and would not work for what I needed. So I had to go to the counter and couldn’t edit it in my mobile app at that time. The counter lady at the official u-haul store was wonderful at helping me, but instead of just changing my truck. She also opted me in for the $15 coverage add on that I DID NOT ORIGINALLY SELECT!!! So she edited my reservation and ended up making me pay way more than what I anticipated or wanted.

I had a bit of a rough time when I lost my card and had to order a new one. The customer service representative wasn’t very helpful when explaining the mileage I went over and the pricing. They were also rude when they handed me the phone and spoke in other languages, even though both of us were speaking English. It made me feel uncomfortable. They didn’t give me a clear explanation of why they would take the key or where the drop box is located. Instead, they told me to bring it with me until I pay, but I have to wait until I can get to the bank to get a new card.
PORCHEAUNA LAs this is a gas station and I made my reservation on the uhaul app every time someone came into the store the clerk stopped working with me and went to service the other people, this occurred about 3 separate times. Also I ordered a furniture dolly which this location didn't have so I ended up driving an hour round trip to get it. I've used uhaul several times but this wasn't good for me.
