As reported in the review for the trailer - I called and confirmed the pick up of both truck and trailer after 1200pm the day prior to pick up . Upon going to original location at the time and date of the reservation I was informed that the truck had to be picked up from a different location. This caused my planned pack out and travel times to change - impacting the entire trip. The gentlemen at C7C Financial Service was more than helpful. Professional, understanding and explained everything to me. In the future I will only rent UHAUL items from this location. Top notch service.
