One more thing if something that i have reserved (for example appliance dolly) is not available it would be good to know before hand also work with other location to find any before customer is there for pick up, i had to wait there for an hour or more. But the owner at the location was very helpful to get the thing sorted out but would be better if everything is ready by pickup time.

Dropping off the truck was the best part of renting from U-haul!!! Andy made everything simple. He established contact right after I rented the truck, and made sure I knew where to return it. Andy stayed in touch all through the return process even after hours. He is the “Gold Standard” when it comes to customer service.
KENT BAs reported in the review for the trailer - I called and confirmed the pick up of both truck and trailer after 1200pm the day prior to pick up . Upon going to original location at the time and date of the reservation I was informed that the truck had to be picked up from a different location. This caused my planned pack out and travel times to change - impacting the entire trip. The gentlemen at C7C Financial Service was more than helpful. Professional, understanding and explained everything to me. In the future I will only rent UHAUL items from this location. Top notch service.
