CRYSTAL AThe app check in and out was a bit cumbersome. Otherwise good!
Cynthia TVan had only a half of tank of fuel. The back of the truck had dirt, leaves and trash in it. I did not order a hand truck or blankets. But there was a hand truck and several blankets in the back. We came to pick up the truck at 6:00am. The code they gave us was correct but you had to jiggle the box to discover it was locked. I was able to open it enough to use my knife to slide the key out. We made numerous calls and we kept getting the same answer that i was going to have to wait until they opened at 9:00. I was on a tight schedule that day and I was incredibly inconvienced by losing an hour and a half. Melinda was the only person to give us any help as everyone else was totally useless. I will have to really think twice again before using U-Haul. I expected to have someone reach out to us and say they were sorry for the problems. No one has contacted us.
