The truck was a little dirty had dead bugs all in the front. I didn’t like the fact that no one went over details about the truck or how to actual use everything in it.

The location is tiny and shares parking spaces with another business and has a municipal bus stop in front of the business so people are parked in the already small parking lot waiting for passengers. When I arrived, I was expecting to drop the trailer and have a U-Haul employee move the trailer to where they needed it to be. Normally this would not have been a problem but in this location, moving the trailer would require that my tow vehicle blocks traffic on a busy street.
