Personal at the Mojave valley location are awesome as they were the last time I rented a trailer. Great job! The gentleman at the Camden location took my call early and the trailer, even though it was to be dropped off at a different location. Awesome service! Thanks! Keith.
Keith BPlease Note! The return was supposed to be to 8257 Highway 95 Mohave Valley, AZ 86440. There was no one at that location during business hours, and no one answered the phone number that was listed. Luckily, we had dealt with the Courtwright location in the past with good results, and were able to drop the rental with them. The Uhaul, Insurance, Thrift Store location at 8257 Highway 95 was totally non-responsive, and caused us to waste several hours trying to return the rental. It is our opinion that Uhaul should consider evaluating that location and possibly dropping their franchise. The Courtwright location was prompt and professional.
