The young lady who process estimate request and later accepted, my return, was very pleasant to deal with ,explained everything in detail that I had to do and was responsible for, was easy to understand, (even without my hearing aids on!) and thoroughly accommodating. She was the sole person to represent this location and because of her, it deserved that excellent rating above.

Very easy to return the truck and the staff was friendly
DAVID MI should of know a little more the drop off, possibly told when I rented the truck. Sent a link, made it easier when I drop off the truck on the process. Thankfully my phone wasn't dead, or when I picked up the truck about how the lock box worked.
