When I got there, I had ordered a furniture trolly it was not there. I ordered 12 blankets and I got six. So I was not impressed and I got charged for it also.

I had one of the worst rental experiences ever with this U-Haul location. When I returned the truck, the staff first told me everything was fine and even mentioned that I would get a small refund because the fuel level was good. Then suddenly, they changed their story and claimed the gas was “too low,” charging me $14 for fuel and an additional $30 service fee! This is absolutely dishonest and feels like a scam. I’m 100% sure the fuel level was the same as when I picked up the vehicle. The way they changed their explanation multiple times clearly shows they were just trying to make extra money. I’m extremely angry and disappointed. This kind of dishonest business practice completely destroys customer trust. I will never rent from U-Haul again, and I’ll make sure to warn others to stay away from this location.
