Store needs to be more organized, and cleaned

Chris KIt was easy to find, there was plenty of space for parking and the drop box was labeled. Directions given said to call upon arrival, but no one answered or called back, so ai was confused by the directions. Directions should specify that when this location is closed, return will have to be done online.
