Can't think of a thing to improve. I received great service and the cargo trailer was very clean and ready to go. I would definitely be happy to rent from this location again.
Edward CMy reservation for a 20’ truck was not available but I was not made aware until I called the day before. My option was to get a 15’ truck and a small 5x8 enclosed trailer at a location 45 minutes away from original location selected. By luck there was a 6x12 enclosed trailer in the yard that I was able to take instead of the 5x8. There was no dolly like I reserved. The customer service rep was helpful.
Andrew RUhaul needs to manage its rental tracking in a better way because i was notified a day before my move that I would have to pick up a truck in another town instead of mine and it cost me an extra $65 in gas and transport fees to get there
