This is a remote location. Did not have anything, but trucks. No one should ever rent at this location. We rented an appliance two wheeler, utility and furniture carts which we needed and they didn’t have anything. I’m not sure that I will ever rent from your company again.

This was the worst part about my rental experience. This location is WRONG. I spoke with UHaul about this already. There is no one there or a key drop off. There is also no where to park the truck. This needs changed immediately.
Jacob TThe truck had significant rust in certain areas, the vents in the cabin do not stay in place and pop out, and most importantly there was NO backup camera. It’s 2025 and a backup camera is absolutely necessary. The most hazardous issue was a burnt out headlight(s) which provided an extremely inadequate amount of light at night time. Otherwise, the owner was responsive and answered phone calls.

Desiree CThe location was wrong and when i called they agreed it was that location but there was no uahuls there. it turns out the location is a mile away and i did not have a car so it delayed me hours and when i went to the other location it took an hour for someone to show up and let me out because the vehicle was blocked. the whole process did not go well and i feel i paid a good amount for the day.
