They had the slowest service available. Montevideo was not the place we wanted to do a pick up. It was 40 miles away. Checked the hours of the new pick up online and they were open until 7. At 4:45 go a call stating they closed at 5. Had to leave work early and race to get there. When i did get to Montevideo I had to wait for another person and there was another person there when I left. Long story short, I would not have had to leave work early as they were still open and he lied just to get done earlier. They internet connection was the oldest I have seen in years and it was so slow. The printer took forever.

I returned the unit on a Sunday and used the after hours check in (returned a day early) the unit was not checked in until Tuesday. I was charged an extra day. I called to dispute the charge and have it removed and got zero communication from the location.

BRIAN KI returned the equipment in time but then got an email stating it was returned at 9pm at night and got charged an extra fee
Dale HNobody was there I did self drop off. Their website said open til 7pm on Saturday . A hand written note said close at 5pm. We were there at 4:30 and doors were locked
