First truck in Havana Florida did not work second truck you all sent us to in Tallahassee Florida had a flat tire three and a half hours we waited for U-Haul to get their stuff together so they could try to fulfill the contract they had with us then I was billed for someone else's cleaning cost would never recommend this or ever use U-Haul again feel free to check my reviews this location the answer the phone yo can I help you that's not how you answer a phone especially for a business

From 6/30/25-7/1/25 customer service was extremely unprofessional. Every agent with the exception of John Brooks in Montgomery , Al all others were untrained and didn’t direct me correctly. I am aware Uhaul has independent contractors but I will not recommend Uhaul to a friend.
