Computer system was down ,staff there did an excellent job handling the problem. Staff there are wonderful and very helpful....

Jim GOur paperwork showed return site if Monticello, Indiana. Halfway through our trip, we got a notification that our drop off location had been changed to West Lafayette, Indiana which adds a two hour round trip to my trip. I called the phone number and Christian told me there was nothing he could do unless it was an after hour drop off. I asked to be transferred to the after hours number. After being on hold for 59 minutes, I then spoke to Kara B in the Live Verification Truck Share 24/7 dept. she then told us that there was no room at the monticello location and there was nothing she could do. I would have to call at 7 am. On Tuesday morning, i called Monticello snd they told me to bring the truck to Monticello. The owner explained to us that u-haul was mandating West Lafayette drop off due to need for trucks for Purdue move out. As a truck renter, that is not my problem. So disgusted with howU-haul handled this situation. The Monticello owner was great and super helpful but everything was a really bad experience!
