Entrance to the back parking was extremely difficult to find and could only be accessed from one direction. Upon entering with a 20ft truck and full car trailer there was no room to maneuver or to park and leave the vehicles. We did manage to unhook as instructed in the App and take photos and park in such a way as to not block other businesses, but then could NOT find a key drop box anywhere on the premises! The front office had a sign saying it was by the back door but someone must’ve removed or stole it because it was nowhere to be found in the gross mess of rat traps and stuff that was back there. Long one hour wait in the pooping rain for U-Haul customer service to tell us the same information and we offered to send them a video of the area.. WHAT DO WE DO WITH THE KEYS???? Left them in an agreed location an final ended that nightmare

MICHAEL RLocation did not accept cash , and I did not have credit card . Fortunately,My friend used her card and I gave her cash. I read your advertising . Specifically said accept cash ,credit and cheques…. Perhaps ai would not have felt awkward if that was made clear by someone in the outlet beforehand. Debra JI was charged for 3 days fee when I rented for 1 day only. The guy processing my payment did not knew how to process my u-haul certificate when u-haul cancelled my reservation for overbooking on their end
Nagour Si was moved from initial location since they couldn't open key box, but this location gave me truck with braking issue. becuase of all this issue, it took me 2 hrs to take one 15ft truck rental. very bad experience, hereafter i will never go to a third party U-haul. -- I prefer only Direct U-haul store
