I turn on the truck on, and went outside to take pixtures and the doors unlock. I didnt eve. Move the car. I went to the store to ask the 2nd key to open the door. But they dont have that !! What kind of company rent cars and dont provide a 2nd key !!! I had to pay 40 $ i lost 1 h. Your customer asked me to pay 200$ to open the door !!!!! Never again i will rent a car with you !
Manuel dSaid would come with blankets. No blankets offered or in the truck.
Rene K-Can't be refund for extra gas put into truck : truck not rented full gas so hard to evaluate how many to put to restore previous level -App is always lagging and had to deak with someone by phone all the time -Person renting u-Haul didn't tell me a lot of info which messed up my pick-up
