The drop off was a dirt parking lot. There was no attendant. There was some instructions but the phone number given to me by U-Haul and the phone number provided to me in a text message once I dropped it off we're not the correct phone number and in fact did not connect me to alert anyone that I dropped it off. I did such by calling U haul directly.

The owner/worker said we could drop it off anywhere and he put an drop off address the was 20 minutes away the opposite way. So we had to pull it back empty 45 minutes and went to 2 separate locations to try to drop it off. They charged me $7.00. Not a lot of money but it was the point of how inconvenient it was and he didn't' explain any of that. The people in Grand Junction were great and very helpful. didn't even have to get out of my car!!! I called today and asked David for a refund for the $7.00 and he said call corporate. Its the point of it being so annoying! Never again!
