Paperwork was done on a phone. He did not understand the process for renting out a unit. He did not understand or speak English well. He had a microphone in his ear , with someone yelling what to do . When it came to the paperwork for the rental agreement.
Laurette SThe pickup and drop off experience was absolutely terrible. Between not being able to speak English and not having a clue about the equipment and having great difficulty navigating uhauls own sight ,, never again!! The worst part is uhauls policy about not being able to reserve a unit!! So they text you the day before moving day and tell you they don’t have a trailer !! Absolutely ridiculous
